1) How often should my vehicle be detailed?
Answer: It depends on how dirty your vehicle gets.
Our Express Detail can be performed every week or bi-weekly.
Your vehicle should be fully detailed every 3 to 6 months.
2) How long does it take to detail my vehicle?
Answer: It takes 1 to 1-1/2 hours for an Express Detail.
Full Details usually take 2 to 3 hours, sometimes longer depending on how dirty the vehicle is and what is being done.
3) How often shoud I wash my vehicle?
Answer: Your vehicle should be washed once a week.
4) How often should I wax my vehicle?
Answer: It depends on the wax used. Carnauba every month, Synthetic every 6 months, and Teflon once a year.
5) What's the best wax to use?
Answer: Our Teflon Sealant lasts the longest because it can withstand higher temperatures.
6) Do you wax by hand or machine?
Answer: Hand waxes or with an oribital buffer.
Orbital buffers are just like waxing by hand only at a slightly higher speed.
Orbital buffers cannot burn clearcoat or paint, and is safe for all finishes.
7) Can my rims be waxed?
Answer: If they are stock rims there usually is not a problem with waxing.
If they are aftermarket rims then it becomes a problem.
Machined rims cannot be waxed, they will become hazy if they are waxed.
Always ask the place where you bought your rims if they can be waxed.
8) I have scratches on my vehicle, can you get them out?
Answer: If you can feel the scratch then it usually has to be wet sanded or buff out with a high speed rotary buffer.
We have had good luck with minute scratches around door handles caused by fingernails.
We can use a medium cut to get them out. But we don't do high speed buffs.
9) I have paint splatter on my vehicle, can you get it off?
Answer: Yes it usually will come off with a clay bar. Call us for an estimate.
10) The dealer said my vehicle has clearcoat and I don't have to wax it. Is this true?
Answer: The dealer wants to sell you a new car in 2 years.
Clearcoat is like a paint on top of your paint.
Waxing clears off any road contaminents or oxidation.
11) I have love bug damage on my front bumper, can you fix it?
Answer: Usually if the love bugs have been on there for awhile it will have to be wet sanded or buffed out.
We can't do it by hand.
12) I have acid rain damage on my windows, can you get rid of it?
Answer: It can be cleaned up with an acid wash. Call for details.
13) How do you clean the engine?
Answer: We degrease and clean by hand.
14) Do you steam clean carpets and seats?
Answer: Yes if it is necessary.
Sometime all that is needed is a brush and a good shampoo.
15) I have stains on my carpets and mats, will they come out?
Answer: It depends on what the stain was caused from and how long it has been there.
Call us and we will let you know if we can get it out.
16) My headliner has stains on it, can it be cleaned?
Answer: Headliners cannot take a lot of water because of the glue underneath.
We do spot cleaning on headliners.
17) I spilled bleach on my carpet, how do I get the stain out?
Answer: The only way is to dye the carpet where the stain is.
We take a sample from your carpet or take a floor mat to get an exact match of dye.
18) I smoke in my vehicle can you get the smell out?
Answer: Yes. The chemicals we use for odor removal our the same that are used in fire restoration.
They are very strong and effective. We also use an ozone machine on really tough odors.
19) I have a mold smell in my vehicle, can you get rid of it?
Answer: Yes. The chemicals we use for odor removal our the same that are used by mold specialists.
They are very strong and effective. An ozone machine will also work.
20) My kid spilled milk in my vehicle, what can be done to get rid of the smell?
Answer: Yes. The chemicals we use for odor removal our the same that are used by protein specialists.

21) I have scuff marks on the outside of my vehicle, can it be removed?
Answer: Yes. Our medium cut can usually take out these types of marks.
22) Can you remove tree sap from my vehicle
Answer: Yes. But please call to let us know the problem you have with sap.
